I had this one time on the beautiful Laiya beach (hope I spelled that right) in PI. Made this for the first time. Didn’t realize it was so easy! Used brown sugar tapioca pearls that take only 5-6 minutes to cook. I subbed the Pandan leaf with vanilla extract 👌🏼

Hi. Where did you buy the silken tofu and what brand? I bought a ready-to-eat silk tofu and it has a sour taste. And the texture is different from the taho we are used to.
