Absolutely delicious, easy to make, and a new favorite in my house! I forgot to pick up hot dogs while shopping for this (oops) and ended up substituting Vietnamese harbor sausages in place of the hot dogs and raisins, and I thought they added a complexity and sweetness that matched the original recipe. I definitely recommend both the original and the sausage version. Thanks, Tita Lalaine!

Amazing just made this for the first easy to follow recipe, tho potatoes an carrots needed a bit longer to soften to my tastes. so yummy will make again. this is about the 4th or fifth recipe i've tried from you each one was perfect
