I have been trying to find out the equivalent of tamarind pods to tamarind pulp.
I bought tamarind pulp, and some of the recipes call for pods and do not give me any other measurement.
I found out that 2 lg or 4 sm pods would equal 1/4 cup pulp.
Is there any other measurements for it out there?
