This was really good! I recently tried 4 different copycat Panda Express & Pei Wei recipes, and this one was the best! They removed sweet fire chicken from the menu a year or two ago and I still miss it, so I'm really happy to see how easily I can make this at home. I used crispy oven baked tofu instead of chicken and it was still absolutely delicious. I'm looking forward to exploring more of your recipes! Thank you for developing this one!

You say to have oil in wok inches - but you don't say how many inches. I don't deep fry things and have no idea how deep the oil needs to be. I don't think very deep? I know this will be good - especially with the deep fried chicken.
