I’ve made this several times, it’s amazing! Flavorful! So easy! And ingredients I always have on hand. My jalapeños are now in season and this was the first recipe I thought of.

This was full of wonderful flavor. I only used one pepper to test it out, lol. It was perfect for us and gave great flavor to the dish. Just a little sneaky heat, yum! Amazing meal!
Add a couple of tsp of chili oil for more spice and a tsp, or two of MSG...

This dish doesn't last 5 minutes on our table
It gets devoured that fast.

This was SO good! The taste was spot on for my old Chinese Buffet favorite, and it is incredibly quick and easy to make! Definitely going to become a new staple for us! We used BocaSweet instead of sugar and coated the chicken in unflavored Isopure to lower the carbs, and it worked perfectly!
