Why rate anything less than five stars? It is first time this recipe "blew the roof" when my Filipina wife tastes it. Her eyes lit up and accolade me. Much higher as 6 stars than most of my cookery I have done for her.

BTW, how to prevent day-old from stick? I use 2 1/2 days old (preserve best from the fridge) because of her busy work schedule.
