This was a hit with my husband and in -aws. I had some help preparing the ingredients and I'm not sure if I could do this alone, but would 10/10 do this again. The red sauce is super tasty and delicious. The bechamel sauce was delicious too but it was pretty challenging to do because I think I didn't use enough flour and I was worried to destroy the roux. However since I used a lot of cheese, the cheese sauce still got thick!

Hi Lalaine. I made your recipe, only that I replace the tomato sauce into a spag sauce of 2 diff kind. So far I love the result, especially the white sauce. More power to you!

I have tried Baked Macaroni with Cheese Topping 3 times already and each time I follow the instructions and the temperature. Yes, it cooks well and the top is just like what you have but unfortunately, the bottom part is overcooked up to a point that it is really dark and you can barely eat it. The top is okay even the taste. Can you recommend something that I can do to perfect it?
