It may be because i made it first time in my life and never tasted it before, but i was expecter more pregnant flavours in the sauce. Wasn't bad, though. Very well explained recipe and steps, except for the time to get fish done (about how much time to fry). Valuable hints. A video would of been useful.

Ito na ata ang pinaka the best the catfish adobo. Ang gusto ko lang sana ay yung medyo oily. Pwede ko bang lagyan ng olive pakatapos maluto?

The video and the photos were taken in the Philippines. I haven't seen any hito here in my area.
