Soooo good! Had this dish at church, but didn’t know the name of the recipe. I googled the ingredients and went right to this site with a photo and knew this was what I was seeking. My 6 year old grandson raved about it, also. Can’t wait to make it again.

Love this dish! I serve mine with brown rice and Napa cabbage leaves. Take a leave, add rice then add your beef and eat it like a taco. Makes a great meal!

hi ma'am lalaine,
do i have to wash the ground beef prior to cooking? i do usually buy ground beef from seafood city or walmart. thank you and hoping for your reply.
