Excellent flavors; great summer salad! Great for a party or get together. Maybe your old Grandma in Cebu makes something better (give us her recipe)! As for me, I really liked this recipe. This recipe is for the here and now: you can NOT prep ahead as the vegetables will loose water and break down. Once you do make this salad, EAT IT! Salamat!
