HI Lalaine, I was looking for this old fashioned fish recipe and found this! I remember seeing this dish on many Christmas tables when I was young and never really bothered to try it. Maybe it is nostalgia that's making me want to try making this for our Noche Buena spread at my in-laws' so I'm going to the market this morning to look for a nice, big, fresh lapu-lapu. What I like about your recipe is seasoning the fish with sinigang powder. My worry was that the fish was not going to be flavorful enough and here I found the solution. Thank you so much!
