I planned to cook this a day ahead and serve it at a picnic the next day. Because there is no oven in the park. Any suggestions or ideas or comments as to how can I do this or how to reheat it the next day.

Based on the picture of the meat on the platter, it appears that the meat-portions/cuts are nicely cut/sliced - which, to me, could not have been achieved if the cuts/slices were to have been directly sliced from the bone.

Hoping you could clarify. Your recipe is easy to follow and about precise.

This recipe was tried and tested in the oven. I haven't tried it in a dutch oven.
