Sarap Po! I need to take the time and do things like you except we usually use the pre-mix ingredients or all-in-one from the Filipino stores here in Florida. Since I need to satisfy my craving quickly my patient is never there. lol Looks delicious!

Do you have any recommendation for what shave ice machine we could use? Or the one you are using?

One thing we been using that helps with our Halo Halo creation a lot is the fine ice-shaving instead of the thicker ice shavings like you mentioned. I guess it's preference but taste way better!

We bought it off I was too cheap to spend one buying a machine. But glad we start off small as we don't eat too much halo halo. But also regret getting an ice-shaving machine because now I do LOL.
