This is one of the reasons I enjoyed visiting your website, it's the fun and humor you incorporate in your posts aside from the recipes I learned. I just posted pinakbet in my blog today too and it was the one traditionally prepared. I actually tried pinakbet cooked this way, with leftover crispy chicharon way back home, but I'm yet to make homemade lechon kawali in the future and crossing my fingers if there will be any leftovers. Anyway, another excellent recipe with fantastic photo! Great job Ms. Lalaine, as always! 🙂
