Delicious! The sauce was good! I had apple cider vinegar so the vinegar flavor was more subtle. The trick is to simmer it without the cover off. Also I added a little bit of sugar to add a little bit of sweetness. My husband wanted more rice to eat the rest of the sauce. Thank you!

The vinegar is enough for the amount of meat used, but you need to cook it off to mellow out the acid taste.

When you add the vinegar to the meat, boil it uncovered and without stirring for a few minutes to cook off the strong acid taste. This will help mellow out the asim
