This was my first time ever making (or trying) kare-kare, and my family and I loved it! I saw this dish on a travel show and was so curious to taste it. The result was really delicious and not too much work at all. I followed your instructions to the letter, and this is a really well written and easy to follow recipe. I will definitely be making it again!
