I like the simplicity of the recipe, other recipes had a lot of steps, I am using white pepper and black pepper and a little bit of red pepper chopped for color. I got 4 nine in and we bought no bone in from store because it was only type on sale, so I think slices the thicker chips into pieces to get a total of 8 chops

The ones at the Chinese restaurant are a lot darker in color. Any thoughts on why. Yours and the restaurant version are very close in tastr
