In reply to Gina. This recipe uses spring roll wrappers and not the egg roll kind. They're thinner and more crispy. My favorite brand is the TJ Spring Roll pastry.

Question - what brand of egg roll wrapper do you use that doesn’t seem to break or burst while frying ?
